This is a cool concept, with flawed execution. The game centers around America getting blown up and you have to save the world (as usual) however unfortunently the game falls into old habits. The story is very bad. About the same quality of story we were getting around the cod 4 era.

sledgehammer cod in 2017 could be ghosts 2 since IW is making the infinite warfare universe and they are for sure not making aw2 they could take over the story of ghosts 2. Either that or they make mw4, past call of duty or their own modern warfare cod. All I know is the future cod will be done until 2019 when iw2 comes out.
These aren't bad games, but they started the retarded nature of future COD campaigns. And it all leads up to BO4. The campaign is like 1 hour long and it can't even be considered a campaign. That's because they were too busy making a chaotic multiplayer with space stations exploding, walking on walls and American Americano Burgerhams™®©. Cod ghosts was a bad campaign, only beaten by vanguard as far as the games I played, had half good maps half dogshit maps, and was the first cod to do away with 4 player local multiplayer. The story wasn’t any better than most of the story’s but imo any MW and BO 1 2 and Cold War were better. The maps were garbage. I think that Ghosts is a good game in general. The campaign was awesome, extinction was something new and multiplayer mechanics were amazing. Except for HUGE maps that made it hard to find people, CoD Ghosts is actually a good game.
The levels are cool but the story is almost nonexistent. The cast are used as basically an excuse to put you in real battles through flash backs.
