I would say go with the mt 09 sp and get a better seat and a tall windscrean, like the Puig touring windscreen. The xsr900 is nice, but it has the same meh suspension the fz 09 and mt 09 (non sp) has. If you weigh more than about 175 people say the suspension is a bit too squishy.
The MT-09, by comparison, has a slightly less high-tech dash in the form of the reverse LCD item is shared with bikes like the MT-10 SP.
